Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and handling for products on this site will be free. Please make sure the shipping address is correct because errors could cause packages to be shipped to the wrong location.
- Shipments cannot be changed after shipped.
- Most orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after order has been placed. Most of these orders should arrive at their destination 3-7 days after being shipped.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Returns & Replacements
Legion of Gaming takes pride in providing great customer care
Returns may be made within 30 days upon the order being shipped for any unused items. There will be a 1 year warranty for any defective items. There is a 20% restock fee for our returns unless items are defective or damaged. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return. If returned items are not same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you. Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. Refund or return credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged. Refused package will be returned to sender.
Ineligible Items for return
- Clearance items.
- Any product damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
Return Process
- 1. Go to the contact us page located at the bottom of the page and fill out your name, email, telephone (optional) and provide a comment specifying what will be returned the reason why and provide the invoice number.
- 2. We will review the email and we will respond via email when it’s OK to return the product.
- 3. Make sure the product is carefully repackaged along with all of the items that the product came with.
- 4. Ship the return to Legion of Gaming 1909 E Ray Rd. #9-182 Chandler, AZ 85225.
- 5. The refund will be issued back to your card or given store credit within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item(s) and passing return criteria.
Ordering
Most orders will be processed within 1-5 business days and is subjected to change due to item availability. If you have any questions or need revisions to an order please send a message using the contact us page and provide what changes need to be made and the order number of the purchase. Any revisions after order is shipped will need the original item(s) returned before the new item(s) are shipped.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
All prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing error will be corrected where discovered and Legion of Gaming reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions

Viewing Orders
Users can view orders by logging into your account and going to My orders and view the selected orders. Shipment information can be tracked as well as invoices and refunds.
Guest can review orders by clicking on orders and returns at the bottom of page and providing the order information provided on the form.
Updating Account Information
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Legion of Gaming and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
